Vernon Burns (The Confidence Man) Vern has had many numerous appearances on the Beechmont stage, including Pharoah in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Robert in Don't Dress For Dinner, Billy Bibbit in One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, Howard in When Did You Last See Your Trousers?, Jonathan in Arsenic and Old Lace, Tony in Can't Take It With You , as well as appearing in Gaslight's productions as Dr. Sanderson in Harvey and Greg in Silvia.

Vern is a winner of multiple Orchid Awards including an Excellence in Acting award for his performance in When Did You Last See Your Trousers?, and awards for Set Construction on Funny Money, and But Why Bump Off Barneby?.

Vern is curently serving as the President of Beechmont Players.
